Western Wall Watch (USA) strategy and set-up as a model:
We know each region will have its unique design through its innate composition of leadership and participants. The USA watch has a core commitment to the foundational truths in the great commandments Jesus spoke of in Matthew 22:37-40, to love God and to love one another.
We encourage development of models that work for your region promoting relational strength through communication and accountability. The Western Wall Watch USA has seen such foundational characteristics. We are including it here to help contextualize what can be done to foster these values.

4th watch coverage:
- Watchmen commit to one day a week 3am-‐6am watch (days are covered by a wide range of participants from N-‐S in the time zone)
- Our goal is to have 10 active participants each day of the week. We are now averaging 5-‐7 actively on the calls each morning (some are participating without being on the calls).
- Option to go every other month
- Urged to take their role as a “military” assignment with dedication
- Each watch ends with corporate call from 5am-‐6am to hear and pray with each other.

- Coordinates conference calls and communicates/participates with national team
- Helps support day facilitators
- Communication facilitator
- Works with national communication team to develop and keep abreast of updates and issues to facilitate communication
- Day facilitator (7 facilitators responsible for one day of the week each)
- Facilitates morning conference calls
- Helps to follow-‐up with watchmen for support and input

- See and are agreeable to the core purpose and need of the “watch” ministry
- Have a proven history and calling for corporate prayer and worship
- Foster a spirit of cooperation
- Have a proven history of personal commitment to the Lord and to their communities/spheres of influence
- Will recognize and honor local church leadership Communication Set up:
- Google document for those on the Western Wall Watch to document insights/key scriptures for their watch
- Monthly phone conference call to share and pray into insights, key issues
- Private facebook site “Trumpet Call Western Wall Watch” for sharing brief insights and updates
- Morning conference calls 5am-‐6am to end the watch 7 days a week
