Community Principles to Live by

“Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls...." Jeremiah 6:16

The Holy Spirit is calling the Body of Christ to search again for the ancient paths - the God given ways and principles designed to protect us and keep us on track for there we find rest for our souls. When we forsake the ancient paths, we find ourselves on byways that lead to destruction and that are full of striving. Will we be the generation that pays the price to seek out these ancient paths and make a generational 'course correction'?

Four Life Giving Principles

The Way of Generational Honor

Honoring the generations builds foundations of trust

Building the family altar of prayer and speaking words of life and identity into our families and one another

The Principle of Covenant

Stewarding/guarding our relationships; with God, our families,
​community, city, nations

"You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.  This is the first and great commandment.  And the second is like it.  You shall love your neighbor as yourself.  On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."  Matthew 22:37-40

The Gift of Rest

Rest:  It’s a gift. It’s good for us. It’s a weapon that says NO to the world’s principles and YES to God!
