Briefing: The Eschatological War Zone
and the Clarion call of the Watchman

The journey to Israel and Jordan was truly a journey into palpably diverse spiritual environments. All were eye-opening, riveting our attention. The journey and summit were a firehose of spiritual activity that will take time to digest. However, it is vital at this point to write what we have seen and witnessed to nurture the process forward and not forget. One could culminate the journey in one of our last moments together as a team in the “Garden Tomb” 1 May 2023. Though located in a very chaotic Muslim sector of Jerusalem, the peace of God was evident in the park. Just as we were about to take communion, the Islamic loudspeakers blasted out like a siren above us. It came unannounced like an alarm or ambulance calling our attention! Though riveted and alerted by the sound, we as a team, stood resolute, holding our communion wafers and cups and continued to proceed. It was a communion like no other. Standing alert through the chaotic blast, Jesus kept our gaze and attention. The experience emphasized the fact that we are leaving this journey sobered, changed, and alert. The alarm and trumpet are sounding across the nations calling us to attention. So how can we process and proceed from here?
The journey focused on Elijah and the importance of his message that made way for Jesus, where he walked and ministered. Wide dichotomies from day to day unfolded exposing the beauty and the eternal spiritual significance of Jesus’ and Elijah’s life vs. manmade rule and power.
“You are entering the eschatological war zone. The alignments now are preparing you for the future. The door has opened to a new season and there is a shift that I am calling My people to. Some will see the shift, others will enter later after the forerunners pave the path. Go through, go through the gates! Do not relent. If you relent at this point, there is a danger of going back to the days of Noah. Watch and be sober-minded. The enemy is active in leading My people into deception or keeping them in comfort. New revelation is waiting for those diligently seeking Me. Go through, go through the gates.”
There was a clarion call we witnessed and traversed into announcing a shift. We all came in one way and left another. The call for the relentless watchmen of Isaiah 62 is real.
The season of shift:
Though this is but a fraction of what I sense the Lord will release, I am sending this to inspire our thoughts going forward. Others will be adding their thoughts and insights as well. Below are things I personally witnessed on the journey and am articulating as best possible at this point to share and hopefully inspire us forward. What does this season of shift look like, how do we go through this gate?
Shift will lead to a new release of the Prophetic:
All of these dynamics are culminating in a new prophetic release in the “Spirit of Elijah,” that will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and children to the fathers, Mal 4:5-6. This intergenerational release will open doors to churches that have been closed to prophetic ministry; bring healing to families, and equip the body of Christ to stand in days of adversity. It will be fueled through worship, His word, and love-based compassion that will break barriers of resistance to lead people, churches, on into nations into their God-given promises.
Isaiah 62 Call:
The emergence of this new prophetic movement will release a new sound. It carries with it the ancient call of the watchman. It is the sound of shields and swords locking as people move into corporate prayer/worship and prophetic dynamics to lock shields with Israel. The hour for the relentless watchmen Isaiah prophesied of centuries ago (Isaiah 62) is heralding the trumpet call to the nations now. Within hours of our leaving Israel, news reports came of a barrage of bombs hitting Sderot Israel. Hamas-based cyber manipulation guided missiles around the “Iron dome” to hit this community wounding many. Throughout the nations, wars and rumors of war are escalating. We are in an hour when God is calling “Samar” watchmen, those who understand and know covenant issues, to lock shields and contend for God’s plans for Israel and the nations. The alarm has sounded.
As many of you are aware, there is a global call to a fast and focus on Isaiah 62, May 7-28. Isaiah 62 is foundational to the Global Watch. We are asking all watches to pray into this as the season of warfare has escalated and the alarm has sounded for Israel. Each one reading this has the Nehemiah tools in one hand and weapon in another to build, Neh 4:17-18. This is a time and season for those active in the Watch to call people to their posts. The trumpet has sounded. The walls of prayer are connections that must now link together to prepare us for the future. As was sounded in the Garden Tomb Monday, May 1st, 12 noon, the clarion call of the watchmen is now.

- Experiencing the beauty of Mt. Carmel and its place in biblical history to overlooking the valley of Jezreel and Megiddo harboring future end-time battles.
- Experiencing the rustic simplicity of "Bethabara beyond the Jordan” John 1:28, where Jesus was baptized to the man-made wonder and chaos of Petra.
- The wonder of looking into the promised land from Mt. Nebo as Moses must have seen, to Gilgal where the spiritual readiness, circumcision, and strategy required to take the promised land began.
- From false watchtowers Herod built at the Herodium in Bethlehem and Masada, and seeing their end, to igniting the watchmen with the reality of eyes to see and ears to hear alive and active today.
- From the chaos of the Damascus gate to the inner peace of the Garden tomb area hearing the worship and quiet prayers of those experiencing its peace.

- Worship: Worship both private and corporate will be foundational to moving us forward into the season ahead. It carries the fuel for revelation, faith, hope, love that will seed steps forward. New songs are on the horizon that will lead to new sounds being released. Ps 40:3; 96:1; 98:1; 149:1
- Boldness: Elijah was bold. A new level of love compelling people to share their faith and testimony with others will propel the gospel forward, “Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world,” (1 John 4:17).
- Wisdom: The days are different now and God is calling the body of Christ into a new level of engagement. Diversities, misunderstandings, and even ancient divisions will be conquered as God gives wisdom to those diligently seeking Him. Humility will unlock wisdom particularly when it requires a circumcision of self-righteousness. Pro 11:2. A teachable spirit will lead to doors of wisdom opening.
- Faith: God will be releasing strategies requiring faith. Even dark places will see light when God’s people move forward and stand in faith. We will see God move mountains, (John 14:12-14). The war season ahead will require faith and not giving in to fear. God will answer in ways we cannot apprehend. He will be glorified as we step out and His testimony grows. Elijah was fearless in addressing the Baal gods of the day and trusted God to intervene. We are now in days that will require divine intervention. God is looking for those who will step out in faith and He will provide.
- Compassion: Elijah first appeared in 1 Kings 17:1 out of nowhere announcing to King Ahab the coming drought. He went immediately to a humble village to a widow to bring provision and healing, 1 Kings 17:8-16. Compassion being released will lead to release of healing.
- Spiritual hunger: A new level of hunger for His word will ignite strategies for schools to equip people in the prophetic, and end times that will quench altars of resistance with transformational power into new revelation. Is 5:1; Mt 5:6
