International Holocaust Remembrance Day**
The STAND  

12 minutes at 12 noon, Saturday 27 January 2024

October 7th, on Simchat Torah*, and 50 years after the Yom Kippur war, a birth pang hit the earth that has changed the trajectory of nations.  We are now in a marked time in history, a “set time,” a mo-ed time.  More surprising has been the rise in anti-semitism that has risen in the nations.  We are calling watchmen and the body of Christ to a strategic intervention to stand with Israel.  Please join with us as we “lock shields” across the nations, 12 minutes at 12 noon this coming Saturday 27 January.
Purpose:  

• Intervene strategically with the rising anti-semitism in the nations
• Align ourselves with God and His covenant plan 
• ​Strengthen ourselves in the Lord

Strategy:  Wherever you are Saturday 27 January, at 12 noon, take 12 minutes to pull aside in prayer.  This can be with yourself or in groups, offices, homes, HOP’s/churches.  
Backbone of this initiative:  Psalm 89 a Psalm remembering the Covenant with David, and sorrow for lost blessings. 

Prayer Focuses
Remember God and His sovereignty over our lives and the nations, and His covenant with Israel:  

• His Sovereignty over the nations:  Ps 89:1-2; 5-18; Ps 72; 96:10; Rev 1:8; 21:6; 22:13
• Covenant with Israel: Ps 89:3; 19-29; 33-37
  • Unconditional:  Abrahamic (Gen 12:1-7); Land (Gen 13:14-17; Deut 29:1-30:20); Davidic (2 Sam 7:1-17); New Covenants (Jer 31:31-34).  
• The Mosaic covenant was conditional (Ex. 19:5).  Israel is the only nation in history that God has a covenant relationship

​Repent for disobedience, theologies, and international pressures/policies/mindsets that interfere in standing with Israel

• Disobedience in Israel; Ps 89:30-32; Lev 26:40-45
• Disobedience in the Nations/Anti-semitism;  Ps 89:50-51; Jer 30:16-17

Re-align with God and His sovereign will for you, your state, nation and Israel;  

• Israel:  Ps 89:33-37; Lev 26:42-45
• Gentile nations:  Zech 8:20-23; Is 45: 14; Rom 11:25; Eph 2:3-9

Re-commit to stand with God’s covenant plan for Israel and call forth their destiny

• Ps 89: 30-37;  Ps 119:89-96; Gen 22:16-18
• Israel’s destiny:  Is 46:13; 55:5; 60:1-3; 61:6

**The International Holocaust Remembrance Day was designated by the UN General Assembly resolution 60/7 on 1 November 2005.  It marked the 60th anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi concentration camps and the end of the Holocaust.  It is for us all, but primarily for the international community.  Let's remember....and take a stand. 

*Simchat Torah is the day when the Torah readings begin a new cycle for the coming year
